Dr. Hamdullah Baycar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of International Relations at Karadeniz Technical University, focusing on Middle East politics and foreign policy analyses. He holds a PhD from University of Exeter and AM from Harvard University. Sana Quadri holds an M.A in Gulf studies from the University of Exeter (UK). She has been based in Dubai since birth and her main research interests are political economy and international relations of the Gulf.
